    Our Japanese buyers, who have been selecting Tuna for many years, traveled all over the world and carefully selected the finest Pacific Bluefin Tuna. The high quality fat of the Tuna is so smooth that even in Japan, the home of sushi, people can resist the taste.
    The Adriatic coast of Croatia is one of the world's leading treasure trove of fishery resources, and "marine cultivation" of tuna in a well-kept environment.

    A tuna that has been grown for three years swimming in tremendous space and receiving only high-quality nutrition is the best tuna that can be called "natural aquaculture."

    We manage the data from the date of catch to the date of shipment, even the fish food dates are recorded. Detailed data management such as date of storage, storage period, date of feeding is performed, and mercury content checks by specialized inspection organization regularly. The Tuna is cut on the same day, and is a superb product that we are able to recommend with absolute confidence.

    FRESH UNI

    The fresh Sea Urchins are carefull yshelled one by one and transported from Japan without damaging the delicate flesh, keeping them fresh and full of sweetness.

    Sea urchin is a very low-calorie food, on the contrary it has a large amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. Sea Urchin not only delicious but also nutritious. The raw sea urchin is moved by plane from Japan to Singapore and sell in fresh condition.

    Since freshness is important for the production, Japanese staff stationed in Singapore carry out quality control.     SALMON

    Our salmon is never frozen in order to ensure a fresh taste. Norwegian Salmon, which is highly regarded around the world, is a safe and secure product and has sweet, melt-in-your-mouth fat with a concentrated flavor. The Salmon is cut the same day and served fresh as sushi.

    RICE

    Sushi rice is carefully selected from various types by Japanese professional staff.
    The characteristics of rice are the ultimate balance of sweetness and stickiness. The grain shape does not collapse at all. It has refreshing texture and is tasty even cooled. Making it ideal for sushi vinegar rice.
    Our selected rice has been awarded a special A rating for 10 consecutive years according to Japanese evaluation standard.

    Rice is cooked in the store, mixed with the special vinegar, cooled and then processed into sushi.
    The work process is almost done in store and we are particular about "shari" that brings out the original taste of sushi.

    VINEGAR

    A blend of vinegar made from Junmai Daiginjo, two types of red vinegar, and special sushi red vinegar made from Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido. Using the best soup stock from Katsuobushi from Kagoshima prefecture.

    The rice and vinegar are mixed in store to bring out the natural taste without adding chemical seasonings.

    We are particular about "vinegar" too.
